MY NAME IS PRISCILLA & I AM A CERTIFIED YOGA INSTRUCTOR IN OCEAN BEACH, SAN DIEGO. I HOLD MY 200 HOUR YTT CERTIFICATION WITH OVER TWO YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL TEACHING EXPERIENCE. I AM REIKI I AND REKI II CERTIFIED. I AM ABLE TO OFFER MY CLIENTS A DEEP SENSE OF HEALING THROUGH THE KNOWLEDGE OF MY PRACTICES.

MY GOAL IS TO PROVIDE MY CLIENTS WITH THE SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE TO INDUCE CALMNESS, HEALING & RELAXATION. I AIM TO DEEPEN EACH STUDENT'S YOGA PRACTICE BY GRADUALLY BUILDING STRENGTH & IMPROVING FLEXIBILITY.
